Sharing the love of Christ
Come as you are, grow in faith, and serve with love
Our story, our faith, our community
We provide a supportive ministry for workplace, home or leisure time through life-related services, enabling you to make best choices and develop your Christian potential.
Home cell groups apply life-related biblical principles to daily life and provide a foundation for workplace, home and leisure to develop your Christian potential. We support the developing family unit, including single parents and those recovering from divorce, we teach and train children from crèche onwards and encourage young people through cell groups to develop their gifts and abilities.
We believe that God clearly shows His care for the community by placing His church here and we are passionately involved in a number of local initiatives as well as mission across the world.
Perton Christian Fellowship enjoys a beautiful lakeside location with large free car park and automatic door access. Our church meets in the Perton Civic Centre located close to Perton's modern shopping complex.
We are a community-based church celebrating the good news of Jesus Christ through changed lives.

Our statement of faith based on the Evangelical Alliance Basis of Faith
As an evangelical church, we hold to the historic truths of the Christian faith as revealed in the Bible. Our beliefs are summarised in the following statements, which align with the Evangelical Alliance Basis of Faith.
We believe in the one true God who lives eternally in three persons – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the love, grace and sovereignty of God in creating, sustaining, ruling, redeeming and judging the world.
We believe in the divine inspiration and supreme authority of the Old and New Testament Scriptures, which are the written Word of God – fully trustworthy for faith and conduct.
We believe in the dignity of all people, made male and female in God's image to love, be holy and care for creation, yet corrupted by sin, which incurs divine wrath and judgement.
We believe in the incarnation of God's eternal Son, the Lord Jesus Christ – born of the virgin Mary; truly divine and truly human, yet without sin.
We believe in the atoning sacrifice of Christ on the cross: dying in our place, paying the price of sin and defeating evil, so reconciling us with God.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of Christ, the first fruits of our resurrection; His ascension to the Father, and His reign and mediation as the only Saviour of the world.
We believe in the justification of sinners solely by the grace of God through faith in Christ.
We believe in the ministry of God the Holy Spirit, who leads us to repentance, unites us with Christ through new birth, empowers our discipleship and enables our witness.
We believe in the Church, the body of Christ both local and universal, the priesthood of all believers — given life by the Spirit and endowed with the Spirit's gifts to worship God and proclaim the gospel, promoting justice and love.
We believe in the personal and visible return of Jesus Christ to fulfil the purposes of God, who will raise all people to judgement, bring eternal life to the redeemed and eternal condemnation to the lost, and establish a new heaven and new earth.
A family of believers growing together in Christ
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." — John 3:16-17 (NKJV)
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."
This is the heart of what we believe. We are not here to condemn anyone—that is not our place. We simply want to share the good news of God's love and see people come to know the salvation He offers through Jesus Christ.
"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love." — Ephesians 4:11-16 (NKJV)
"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love."
This passage from Ephesians paints a beautiful, practical picture of how the church should function. It's a vision that has shaped Perton Christian Fellowship since our beginning.
We all have our parts to play. The body of Christ grows when every member contributes according to their gifts. No one is a spectator—we are all called to serve and build each other up.
It is God who gives people to different roles within the church—apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. These gifts equip the whole church for works of ministry and service.
We pursue unity in our faith and in our knowledge of Jesus Christ. Together, we support one another to grow certain and sure in what we believe, grounded in Scripture and the truth of the Gospel.
Our aim is to grow up as a mature church with Christ as our head. We seek to move beyond spiritual infancy, becoming stable and discerning, rooted in truth and expressed in love.
Perton Christian Fellowship has always been rooted in care for each other through fellowship. We are a family of believers who know that God looks out for us, and we in turn—made in His image—look out for others. This isn't just our tradition; it's the biblical pattern we see in Ephesians and throughout the New Testament.
When you join us, you become part of this family. You are valued, you are needed, and you belong.
